Happy Autumn Equinox!

Equal night and day,

A fleeting balance before the light
Is once again overcome by the dark,
And the wheel of the year turns on…

Though there is good, there is also bad,
You may feel weak, but you have strength,
There may be pain, but there is also love

When things seem most hopeless,
That’s when they are born anew.

For that which has fallen
Shall rise again.

May we find balance
In our hearts and lives…
